"Whims of Fashion Models", the second album by Nogu Svelo!, was recorded in 1991 and released on vinyl in 1992. It was released by Russky Disk, the renamed successor of Melodiya, the only record label in the Soviet Union. The album featured contributions from Max Pokrovskiy, Anton Yakomulsky, and Igor Lapukhin.
